Clearmark is currently looking for an Aftersales Customer Service Executive to join their team.

About the role

The Role

As an Aftersales Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Fielding incoming customer service calls to the business
  • Providing administrative support to the Aftersales team
  • Handling incoming Aftersales enquiries
  • Processing customer sales orders & associated enquiries
  • Invoicing outgoing goods and service calls on a daily basis
  • Preparing sales quotations for service, spares and consumables
  • Administrating procurement of core Aftercare requirements
  • Collation and provision of compliance support to customer base
The Candidate

To be successful in your application for this Aftercare Account Manager role you will need:

  • To have a friendly, positive and professional manner
  • To have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • To be reliable and have a good attitude toward work
  • To be confident with IT - experience using Excel and SAP beneficial
