Service Engineer

This role will be an integral part of the Operations team, providing essential skills for installation, commissioning, software training and ongoing maintenance throughout the lifetime of the equipment.

The Role

As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • The installation of our range of products
  • Commissioning and software training
  • Service and maintenance throughout the lifetime of the equipment
The Candidate

To be successful in your application for this Service Engineer role you will need:

  • Relevant Mechanical and Electrical skills
  • Experience within the Food, Pharmaceutical, Packaging or associated industries
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Ability to see the task to completion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • You will receive annual leave of 26 days per annum (pro-rata, excluding bank holidays)
  • Your normal working hours are 40 hours per week, between 8.30am and 5.30pm dependent on business requirements. Paid on call support at weekends is optional once experienced
  • Weekend overtime is paid at double time
