Once your ICE equipment is installed, the Aftercare Team will be your point of contact to order ribbon, ink, spares, repairs and other Aftercare services.

We provide customers with a single point of contact to ensure we offer continuity and ownership on a customer enquiry. We also invest in in-house expertise and knowledge to provide custom bracket design, repairs and production from our premises in Nottingham.
All ICE ribbon and spares are available from stock for next day delivery, offering you a responsive service to maintain production uptime.
