Please note, Clearmark (ICE) will be closed from midday Friday 22nd December and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

We encourage you to check your printer ribbon and spares stock in the lead up to Christmas to ensure that you are prepared over the period.

To ensure delivery before Christmas we are advising customers to submit orders by the 4th December in order to secure stock in full. The last shipping date to ensure delivery before Christmas will be the 20th December*.

*Whilst we will do all we can to get your order to you by Christmas, due to severe weather conditions, there may unfortunately be some delays which are beyond our control.

Technical support will be provided to those with the extended support cover, between the hours of 8am and 4pm on the following days:

24th December, 27-31st December 2023
